We craft our bracelets mostly of 925 sterling silver. However, we also craft from pure stainless and titanium steel, and copper to ensure premium quality and durability.

We use electrophoretic coating technology on most of our bracelets to prevent tarnishing and oxidation. To find out, check the product details of each bracelet.

Our bracelets can come into contact with water but need to be dried promptly.

We recommend taking good care of your bracelet to maximise long-lasting wear and shine.

Gently wash it with mild soap and warm water, using a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that can damage the bracelet. 

Store bracelets separately in a cool, dry place to prevent tangling and scratches.

For accurate measurements, wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist,
where you would normally wear the bracelet. 

Note the measurement, ensuring it's neither too tight nor too loose. If necessary, add a bit of extra length for comfort.

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost. Items must be returned in their original condition.
